Well, so yesterday I finally got myself a nice wacom tablet, an Intuos (formerly bamboo) medium sized, meaning something around 21x14 cms of available workspace. I'm still fiddling around to get myself to know that lovely piece of technology, and I seem to be getting the knack of it quite fast, although I'm still ages from speed-painting anything decent. In the meantime, I'm seriously considering buying the full version of the sketchbook... I kinda liked the program quite a bit and it gives me some I-don't-know-what that photoshop doesn't. Well, we'll see if I feel like spending my money on such a thing. So people of the internet that rarely

Well, apparently now I can switch skins even though I have no premium account. Interesting. (Update: no, it was only DA giving me false hopes, so we won't be parting ways any time soon, green journal). Right now I'll just rant about Mirror's Edge no longer working on my pc, which is very sad since it is one of my favourite games and right now I'd love to play it, since right now I have not much to do, being an unemployed historian an all. I guess that the only good thing about that is that I don't get absorbed in gaming so I've been drawing a bit more recently, and I think that I'll get to colouring and inking (not necessarily on that order)
